Tas Hotel from the outside

Update July 11 2015: TWO SPOTS LEFT, with option to bring a non-participating partner to join meals and outings but not classes. Email robyn.eckhardt@gmail.com or drhagerman@gmail.com for information.

To be notified by email of future workshops please send us an email.

This workshop is limited to a maximium of 10 participants and 4 non-participating partners. (Non-participating partners will join us for all meals and excursions, but not for writing, photography or cooking classes.)

Our venue for the workshop is Tas Otel, a beautifully refurbished stone mansion in the center of Alacati, walkable to cafes, restaurants and shops and 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) from sand beaches. Tas Otel’s ensuite rooms are comfortable and homey, with wood floors, high ceilings, work tables or desks and free WIFI. Breakfasts are served at the hotel, which also puts out coffee, tea and cake in the late afternoon. The hotel has been written up in numerous publications including Conde Nast Traveller, Travel+Leisure, the Independent and Destinasian. To learn more about Tas Otel, visit its website (tasotel.com).

Library room at night

Our group will occupy 6 of the hotel’s 7 rooms, as well as 3 guest houses/cottages that share a small private swimming pool, garden and outdoor seating areas, all of which will be available for use by all workshop attendees and non-participating partners.

Garden and the pool

Workshop participants may choose from shared double, shared triple and single accomodation; only the latter may bring a non-participating partner. Please note that we have a limited number of each type of room available, so all are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
