We require a $500 deposit to reserve your workshop place and the room of your choice. Non-participating partners must pay a deposit of $150.

No deposits will be returned in the event of non-payment of a fee’s balance due.
This workshop is open to a maximum of 10 participants, plus 3 non-participating partners. This workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants to proceed. If we do not reach the minimum number of participants by August 2, 2015 the workshop will be cancelled and all deposits received will be returned in full, minus Paypal or transfer fees, within 10 working days.
In the case of events beyond our control that require the cancellation of the workshop we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by workshop participants (airline tickets, travel insurance purchases etc.). Wow this sounds amazing. I can’t go this year but would like to be in a mailing list for future courses / workshops.
I’m in Perth, Western Australia – any chance of holding workshops closer to our shores in the future? Malaysia / Vietnam perhaps?

Hi Dianne — So sorry you can’t join us but yes, there is certainly a possibility for a future workshop(s) — Penang would be a fabulous location — if we’re able to fill the minimum number of places for this workshop. So, please refer any friends or colleagues who might be interested to this site!
I don’t have a newsletter yet (it’s on the agenda) so probably the best way at the moment to be alerted of other workshops is to follow me on Twitter or Like the EatingAsia FB page.
Thanks again!

Hi Paula — We’re planning one for southeast Asia in early June 2016 and hope to announce it in a few weeks.
We are also hoping for another one in Turkey, next fall. More to come on that.
I’ve added your name to the mailing list for future workshops — hope that’s OK. If not let me know and I’ll
remove it.
Thanks for looking,
Robyn
